Window-Ruin in the Sierra Madre

Window-Ruin in the Sierra Madre

One of the remarkable features of cliff dwellings encountered in the Sierra Madre is the number of windows. This one-room building in particular has 35 small portals built into its walls, all the way around. Many were sealed with mortar, and appeared to have been opened and closed numerous times. Any thoughts on this? A planetarium?
